Lots of hidden fees

Lots of hidden fees, they say minimum amount to withdraw is 1000 USD and the fee is 1%, but guess what? these 1% is actually also a fee called "interbanking fee", not to mention the currency converting fees that take ~5% from your amount as fee, so stay away from them, they squeeze you out from all directions

Easy to use, no problems

Best Investment Platform You Could Wish For

This is the best structured, efficient investment platform you could ever want to use. I've been investing for many years and used to work in the City in London in the 1980s (I was one of the first to pass the LSE Registered Representatives and Traders exam) so I'm neither new nor inexperienced. My Zenith account manager Thomas Williams is a great person to "have on my team" and has been a great help in explaining things and resolving some things that I thought were niggly problems but turned out not to be. Awful customer experienceOnline chat is not responding for 15minutes. Ticket raised, they have not resolved but received the message that your case has been resolved now! Now they run an advert (City am UK) to proof there prices are cheaper compared to IG, IB ... ridiculous.

Withdrawal from ZBO

Im new to ZBO. Read a lot of negative reviews about the withdrawal process, so i too was a bit skeptical. Sold some of my holdings and made two transfers. The first was a smaller transaction which was credited back to my credit card and the second was a much larger bank transfer. Very pleased to say that both transfers were completed in less than 24h of initiating them. I can't speak for the others who have been running into issues, but my experience so far has been very pleasant.
